Hydraulic System
U Shape Tipper Trailer is provided by level 5 heavy telescopic cylinder which provides 45 Degree tilled angle.
Oil reservoir has suction filter, tipper pneumatic remote, 2 speed lowering valve and a limit control security.
Oil tank must be added to trailer, hydraulic contact between trailer and conveyor, is provided by 2 sockets.
Axles
2-3-4 pcs Axles, each one is with 9-12-16-20 tons capacity according to the trailer drum or disc brakes, hub centric, with 10 wheel nuts, and automatic slack adjuster.
Suspension
It consists of automatic height adjusting system, Parabolic Z leaf springs, Suspension bellows, shock absorbers restricting extensive shaft movements and vibrations.
Tires
Tires 12 pieces of 12.00R20 sizes. or single wheel optional to the customer demand.
